Platform Booking Fees:

Processing Time:
Approved refunds are processed by the individual park or by our payment processor within 5–10 business days.

If you have an issue with a park's policy or believe a refund is warranted, please contact us. We will do our best to mediate, but final decisions lie with the park operator.
